And shackle Lilith in chains

Lilith_framsidaStockholm. Two murders. One in the present day and one 160 years ago. How are they linked together? Lena has just moved into her new flat in Södermalm in Stockholm when she finds an old diary under the floorboards. The diary turns out to have belonged to Anna, who was murdered in the 1840’s under mystical circumstances. At the same time a hacker embezzles 35 million Swedish crowns from a prosperous IT-company. The consult Martina is commissioned to find out where the money is. The following day one of the company’s employees is found murdered with two odd marks on his neck and the police begins investigating the murder.

The common denominator in both murder cases is Lilith, whose name appears when least expected. Who is this mythical figure and what is her connection to the murders?
